Yale Political Union Debate with Joanne Golann

Joanne Golann will be a guest speaker at this Yale Political Union debate. Professor Golann is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Education and an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Vanderbilt University. She is a sociologist and ethnographer whose research focuses on the interactions and influences between students, teachers, and families in urban communities. She is a noted critic of many urban charter school initiatives.
